Grow with Grace Foundation was founded by sisters Victoria Henley and Kacey Henley with a shared vision: to create the kind of support, guidance, and encouragement that help girls and young women grow into confident, capable leaders.
Inspired by the women who poured into them—particularly their mother and grandmother—the foundation was built on the belief that mentorship, education, character, and community can transform lives. The lessons of grace, resilience, service, and personal growth passed down through generations continue to shape the heart of our work today.
At Grow with Grace Foundation, where character meets creativity, we gracefully empower the growth of girls and young women through etiquette, education, health & wellness with an appreciation for the arts. Through mentorship, resources, and meaningful opportunities, we help young women develop the confidence, poise, and character needed to reach their fullest potential.
Based in Chicago, we provide a comprehensive leadership and personal development experience designed to support girls and young women throughout their high school journey and beyond. Through ongoing mentorship, educational programming, scholarships, and leadership development opportunities, we are committed to cultivating the next generation of thoughtful, resourceful, and purpose-driven leaders.
Grow with Grace Foundation is proud to be a member of the Girls Opportunity Alliance Network, an initiative launched by Michelle Obama to empower adolescent girls around the world through education and opportunity, helping them reach their full potential.
